
Welcome to the Altus Alliance 21 High Performance Revenue (21HPR) Elements Assessment. The 21 HPR elements were co-developed with the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has provided many companies with a framework to analyze the key areas of their Go-to-Market (GTM) plan and where to prioritize improvement. By breaking down the key aspects of sales and marketing and assessing each for success and scale, you have the foundation of how you are performing today and Altus Alliance can provide guidance on where to focus and yield the greatest impact tomorrow.

The survey will describe each key element at the optimal level of performance which would be a score of "5" on a scale of 1-5. If the description perfectly fits your assessment of that element, you can score it a “5" for "highly agree". If your assessment is that there is a large gap, you would score a “1" for "highly disagree". This survey is a high-level overview of the more detailed 21 HPR program that Altus Alliance offers when engaged in a project with its clients.
The survey should take about 10-15 minutes and once you are done, Altus will receive your survey data and will provide a synopsis report and general feedback within 7-10 days. If you have any questions or issue, you can contact info@altusalliance.com.
